June Rainfall Totals For Rio Grande Valley

A weak tropical wave followed by TS Arlene provided some much needed rain for the Rio Grande Valley in the last 2 weeks of June 2011.
Here are some preliminary rainfall totals in June across the Valley in inches:

Weslaco Mid Valley Airport - 7.78
Los Fresnos - 7.49
Harlingen Cooperative Observer - 7.24
Santa Rosa - 5.55
South Padre Island 5.13
McAllen Miller International Airport - 4.84
Raymondville - 4.06
Armstrong - 3.72
Port Mansfield 3.66
Edinburg 3.65
Valley International Airport Harlingen - 3.41
Escobas - 2.85
Rio Grande City - 2.26
Sarita - 2.50
Falcon Dam - 1.53
Falfurrias - 1.06
Hebbronville - 0.75
